The micronized particles of salt, packaged in a controlled environment in the company’s laboratory and distributed by the dry saline aerosol dispenser, are the perfect size to reach all sections of the respiratory tract. The sodium chloride is able to optimize at best the "ciliary mucous clearance" and so the set of small cilia on the cells lining the respiratory tract which, with movements very frequent, regular and coordinated, carry the thin layer of mucous that covers them towards the oral cavity: in this way a continuous cleansing of the entire respiratory tree is obtained. The mucous, in fact, serves to expel the pollutants and pathogenic microorganisms filtered by the ciliary system of the cell membranes.
